Seems like it would need to come with a few sets of different coil springs for different weight riders. Able to almost fully compress on hard pack and stay fully extended in softer stuff. Cool idea there just seem to more cons then pros.

While I agree that people in cities should strongly consider swapping their car for an e-bike. I think it's hard for people to understand because this is a paradigm shift. Different modes of transport optimize for different things and a 45 minute trip on a bike is really different from a 45 minute drive. It might be easier to nudge people toward replacing 1 errand that requires driving with a bike ride. Getting things done while on a bike can be a life changing experience.

I own this bike, and I've gone over 8000 miles on this thing. its completely worth the money.

4:09 the controllers are potted. that's a big deal. they should mention that since some other competitors are doing this and those that don't are more prone to overheating.

The Juiced supplants the (now defunct) Amp Rides Volt 1500 as the new top dog folding fat tire ebike. It almost seems that the Volt was targeted- the Volt had a 56 tooth chainring, the JetCurrent has a 60 tooth chainring, both have 203mm front hydraulic disc brakes... At least Juiced has been around for a while and I can believe the bike will still be around with support this time nex year against other companies that faded away (Friend, Crooked Path, etc)

There will be a load of competition out there in the high performance EV supercar market with the coming of the Tesla Roadster and the already killer Rimac Nevera. It will just depend on how much you can and are willing to spend. I think a lot of these companies are going electric due to races between the Rimac Concept One and Nevera eating up Bugattis, La Ferraris, and Porches in 1/4 miles races on UA-cam videos all over the internet. With the Tesla Roadster's much anticipated drop, the competition just don't know what Tesla is going to be coming out with. The last demonstration was a 0-60 in 1.9 seconds, with a top speed of over 250 miles per hour and a 620-mile range. Prices started at $200,000. I'm sure that a lot of that is going to change, particularly since the Rimac Nevara can do 0-60 in 1.74 seconds. Tesla is probably going to want to come out with the fastest 0-60 time and now there are tales of air thrusters to boot. I can't wait to see what happens in the Supercar EV market. Outside of the technological edge Tesla has, I think it's anyone's race when it comes to speed.

Here is a bike that no one has made: A cargobike that could carry an adult passenger and has an extended range battery. Something like a front loader Urban Arrow or a long tail like a Radwagon 4, but with a huge 50v 60ah battery like an Aniioki. That would be my car replacement. Something to ride the wife around town, but not have to worry about range anxiety.

if you have ever had to change the tires on a scooter every time it gets a flat you will understand why solid is essential.

1. Why should we trust a company that’s only been around two years? What separates them from other e-bike companies? 2. How long are wait times for customer service and what kind of training do customer service reps get. 3. How fast are parts shipped when a warranty claim is made. Do they keep parts in stock or are they shipped from China? 4. Would you recommend their bikes if you weren’t paid?

Buyer BEWARE! No customer service and they do NOT honor the 1 year warranty. My battery does not charge nor holds a charge. I have done the chat , sent pics and videos. Only for them to say the engineer will look at the files. Good luck if you have any problems with this bike cause you’re out of gas…

DO NOT BUY THIS eBIKE!(and here's why) I bought this e-bike approximately 39 days ago and in this short time I've had game changing issues with the following: 1. Kickstand {steel attachment bolts stripped out aluminum frame hole} 2. Headlamp {VERY dim & ineffective} 3. Rear "seat".{particle board stripped out fasteners} 4. Tire & rim compatibility {tire will not properly "bead" causing separation} 5. Total brake system (calipers, pads, levers & cabling)cheap under spec for a bike of this weight/speed} 6. Chain & sprocket pairing {cheap and stretches quickly} 7. Controller pad USB port {USB port denter post broke away after 2 uses 8. Frame-foldpoint locking hinge {hinge lock becomes loose after 3 uses} 9. Manual incomplete {manual written in poor English and missing MOST component data 10. No mention ANYWHERE of controller functions {can't properly use controller with no instructions 11. Customer service honesty & integrity {poor or no #nglish} And since I've only had it a month I'm sure that more is to come.

"Class 3"? Federal regs say <750 watts. 1000 watts > 750 watts.
